Important Information:
- The Teaching Practicum form will only be available during Phase 1 registration for the Fall and Spring terms. The student will no longer be allowed to register for the Teaching Practicum during Phase 2 registration. We ask that the student select and get an approval of a faculty mentor for a specific assignment before the end of the preceding academic term in which they plan to enroll in the practicum. Remember, you cannot take the Teaching Practicum during the semester of your graduation.
- The Special Problem form will only be available until last Wednesday of phase 2 registration (first week of school). Submissions after this time will not be processed in time and the student will not be able to register for the course that semester.
